setting up S5 menu, need help

I hope someone can lead me in the right direction. I just got a S5 Is today and am working on setting up the menu. Will mostly be doing landscapes with it.

I have set it up for
Large S
Is that the best, seems like it would be. I want the best IQ


But what is the one right above it.
It reads
640x480 30 fps
640x480 30 fps LP
320x240 60 fps
320x240 30 fps

which one of those settings will get me the best IQ and be able to produce an image at least up to 11x16

All the stuff that says
640x480 30 fps
640x480 30 fps LP
320x240 60 fps
320x240 30 fps
is for video. The Large S is the best quality.
