I was looking at two sto-fen products and I'm not sure which one is the best to get.

a) Two-Way Bounce or
b) Normal Diffuser

I want to a diffuser on my 420 for taking pictures of my 8 month old son and i'm using a 50mm lens so i'll be pretty close to him most of time and i still get shadowing sometimes etc etc.

But if I want to take pictures of him in the living room I have the problem of high ceilings which the two way would fix...

So any thoughts on the two products?

I have the Lumiquest Pocket Bouncer (http://www.lumiquest.com/lq871.htm) - very nice piece of equipment. It produces nice and soft lighting, when no cailing or wall is available to bounce the flash from. Here are a couple of examples :

Thank you for your input, question, did you change the color on your pictures or was there different lighting in the room (picture one looks like it has an orange tint)?

I also have the Lumiquest Pocket Bounce, and the Lumiquest UltraSoft. I love them both.

Alas, I don't have any really nice example shots like Olegis.

No, I didn't change the color - it might be the camera AWB that went wrong ... Anyway, I kinda like this orange tint 8)

IanD, Scottes - thanks for the compliments
