Established online school of digital photography is looking for an online tutor to fill a permanent position. This is an exciting role suitable for a pro photographer or a retired photographer willing to spend approx. 2 hours daily on his/her computer grading assignments and writing comments on the submitted photos from students. We require a photographer who is organized, reliable and time efficient.
You will need to:
- be native English speaker with good writing skills
- be highly reliable
- have a computer and internet access
- have a good experience in working in the online environment
- be passionate about photography
- have a good understanding of photography in general, digital photography, composition, cameras and camera settings and various shooting techniques
- be able to analyze digital photographs and point out possible mistakes and improvements based on EXIF
- show your previous work
- be highly organized
- be able to liaise closely with the students online and answer their technical questions
- be able to work 5-7 days per week including weekend (only 2 hours daily)
Desired:
- experience with photo digital manipulation (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
