I took this just as the sun was coming over the horizon and am curious to find out how I can keep the sky exposed properly without underexposing the foreground. Any suggestions?

It was taken using 300D and 50mm MkII

I look forward to your input

Paul:

The only way I am aware of is to take two shots (using tripod) and expose for sky and foreground separately and then recombine using post shooting software, or use AEB and set for the required stops over and under, also recombining in a post shooting software session.

This is a great picture by the way.
