Help. I have a couple of these lights and just bought a gigantic softbox for one. I am now having an issue tightening up the head to get it to stay upright. What a pain the butt. I can see it works off of two pieces of plastice pressing together on what looks like a rubber gasket(sp?) in the middle to cause friction. They are older Studiomax II's so I am thinking maybe I need to purchase a new rubber gasket. I am afraid of overtightening and breaking something. If anyone can provide some feedback that would be great.
