This is tough shot, with the subject in the shade. The sun-washed snow is blown out. Overall, I think it needs more contrast. I cropped out some of the blown out sky and trail; adjusted levels to 30 on the first parameter, +10 contrast. Then I selected the boarder's jacket and boosted saturation and brightness. Same for his/her board.
