Get ready for a really big show! June 13, 14 & 15, 2008 in Quebec City. Participants include the Snowbirds, the Blue Angels, the Thunderbirds, the Red Arrows and the Patrouille de France as well as the Canadian Air Force CF-18 solo display.

More details can be found at http://www.spectacleaerien.qc.ca/index.asp?lang=EN

This would appear to be a not to be missed airshow event!

OMG! I've died and gone to heaven!

This has to be an airshow fanatic's fantasy come true! All these teams in the same show! I'm almost considering selling the cars, wife, dog and cats to finance going to this one... ;)

I know NOTHING about planes nor airshows. Are these guys like the Schumi / Hamilton / Couthard of airshows?

In my opinion; I would say this is bigger! To have five top military air display teams at one show is amazing. To have two of the top European teams (Red Arrows and Patrouille de France) on this side of the Atlantic at the same time is big. If I am not mistaken Patrouille de France were last here in 1986. I think the Red Arrows have been here more recently.

More like having Hill, Fangio, Foyt, Schumi, Force, Swindell, Andretti, Prost, Earnhardt, Petty, and Senna all in the same race.

That's one hell of a line up. Very, very, very rare to have both the BAs and TBirds at the same show.

OK, I know who Hill, Fangio, Foyt, Andretti, Earnhardt and Petty are. Are the rest of these guys drivers also?

You forgot Stewart & Mansell ;)
Quebec City is also celebrating its 400th anniversary all year long. Just another reason to take a visit and see an incredible city.

Ivan Stewart from Baja 1000 fame?

And a big Mea Culpa for leaving out Mansell. He's actually one of my personal favorites. I was a fan of him late in his F1 days and became a big fan when he came to American open-wheel racing.

I have a very good friend from high school who is a Thunderbird team member. He's on his last tour with them. I'll have to ask him about this show.

I was thinking Jackie Stewart - you got to give the old timers credit too ;)

They (Patrouille de France) were last here for Abbortsford in 1986 - when the expo was going on in Vancouver. I was lucky enough to be there and photograph an SR-71 in flight.

This show should be awesome to say the least....
