I know some of you guys even own studios, but for those of you who don't ,have you ever worked in one? I actually did for a little bit, although I'm not sure you could call it a studio, it was a "Picture People" chain around me.. it was a second job that let me do something with the hobby and get some extra cash while I was at it. I finally quit because I couldn't handle the christmas rush, 5-6 sittings an hour for 4-5 hours straight just drove me nuts.. I did learn a little bit but they were pretty straight forward, they gave you books with poses, the lighting was already set up and the cameras were taped up so you couldn't change the aperture or shutter speeds.. using a soft-focus filter was about the high end of advanced shooting there.. glad I did it though, got over my nerves on posing people.. you guys have any interesting experiences with studios? Just curious..
