Camera wont transfer video files

Camera wont transfer video files.I have a canon 75 ixus and thought it was the sd card 1st.Changed that and i get the same problem ..Hope to find out what im doing wrong ..Thanks board Rhurbarb;)

How are you trying to transfer them? And to where?

Im trying to transfer from my camera ixus 75 to my pc.2.5 mhz .It gives options to transfer the files but when i try ito it only sends the photos..Another pc lets files download under 600mb to the pc but no larger files then that ..I thought it was my sd card at first but it does it the same problem witha 2gb or a 4gb sd or sdhc card.I have also tried the canon software which was supplied with the camera but to no avail..Any ideas Jon what i could try here?..I Switched the anti virus and firewall off as well:confused: as a precaution..If there are problems to be found i surely find them quickly ..Thanks for the reply ..rhurbarb:lol:

Long shot but i would try another USB cable. And another long shot; could it be USB 1.1 ports you are using? ... no, that cant be it. Just trying something.

Ummm . . . that's what the disc is called; but what versions of Zoom Browser and whatnot does it install?
