Trying some Macro shots.

Ok I didn't have a real Macro lens yet so used my 70-300 set at 300 F9 1/500 cropped about 75% Life in the Mid Atlantic in Feb

Both good shots but love #1- assume it's ice on some berries ?

Brain.. I love your shots I am waiting for Spring here to get out and try my hand at some Macro shots. It has been many years since i did any.
The Berries are ice covered Holly just as the ice is softening causing the pattern. We got about 1/4 inch (~ 6 cm) creating a wonderland of ice coated plants.
