View Full Version : Canon off camera cord with ST-E2?

Does anyone know if I can mount the ST-E2 off camera with this cord. I find a lot of the time it is pointing too far away from the flash gun sensor. I only use flash in manual mode rather than ETTL so maybe I am in with a chance?

Yes, you can attach the ST-E2 to the camera via an off-shoe chord 2 or 3 cable. And it will still work in ETTL mode, too, if you wish.
