We occasionally get very localised tremors but i've personally never felt one. This one looks like it's been felt from 1 end of the country to the other.

Funny, we had one here on thursday. It was actually a large 6.0 in Neveda, but was registered in my area as a 4 something. It was the first time I have ever felt a quake, pretty cool feeling actually (when you know you are safe).

We felt it in Shropshire & a chimney fell down in the town (wonder if they will make a Hollywood film of it)!
We were up & sorting out our three year old who said monsters had shaken the house!

We get the same thing here in Chicago from time to time but with thunderstorms. About once a summer we have a huge storm blow through with 60~70 mph winds and such. It knocks down a couple of trees in some neighborhood and 10 news vans are out there filming. This year it was sort of humorous unless you’re the poor guy who’s car was under a 200 year old oak because all the major news networks showed the came smashed car.

The serious version is too scary so let’s just keep it whether Brittany is wearing panties or not. Now that’s important. ;)

Didn't everybody? I mean the nerve.. Putting poor Paris in prison. BTW, I heard on the radio this morning that Paris has generated over $250 million with her own endeavors alone, not counting the Hilton fortune. One little sex tape and poof… $250 million. Guess mine is going on the web tonight. ;) Wonder if I’m gonna get $250 million. Maybe more like $2.50.:(
