Someone mentioned in one of my threads where I asked for some advice on PP that the jpg was compressed quite a bit. In the photo in question I exported from LightRoom to CS3 then did a 'save as' as a #8/high IQ jpg.

Being that I need to play catch-up in my PP skills, what would be the best or most effective way to save them to get as good/complete comments here as possible?

Perhaps you need both the full size image at low resolution (so as to fit on the screen -1024 max. dimension) and one or more full detail 100% crops to show the native level of detail at one or more critical points in the scene.

That would allow the viewers to appreciate the scope of the entire image while also being able to determine image quality at critical points.
