Hey all! I just joined up today and figured I would make my first post. If it's like the other forums, I guess the first round is on me!
Anyways, I have been taking pictures for about 5 years, but only recently (last year or so) have I gotten into "photography." I have been shooting with a Canon A95, and a Canon S3 IS until recently. I just got a Canon XTi with the EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens as an upgrade and can't wait to play with it. I am keeping the S3 IS as it has been an amazing camera for the money, and very versatile.
I usually like to take pics of landscapes, my dogs (Dixie and Duke), gardens, cars, and recently have been getting into time lapse photography with the S3...
Anyways, just wanted to say Hello and that I am looking forward to learning and absorbing a bunch of great information from everyone on here! :)
