Strange behaviour in CS3 Bridge

I am using CS3 on a Mac Pro and Mac Book Pro. Over the last week or so I have noticed a strange phenomenon in that the small picture at the bottom of the screen is correct but the enlarged picture in the main section of the screen is a completely different image. If I click on the image to open it in PS then the correct image opens. I have flushed the caches but the problem is still there. It is not all images and it does not happen all the time.

Any one else notice this or has a view ?

I have experianced the same problem, but it was on my very old machine, that was really powerful enough, and suffered from a variety of hardware failures.

I wrote the problem off to the limits of the PC, I doubt that is a problem in your case, so its possible there is a documented bug in bridge that may cause this.

I've seen a similar thing in Bridge, and the way around that was... EDIT>PREFERENCES>ADVANCED>Click on "Use Software Rendering"
but if it's actually happening in CS3 I'm not sure.
