Hi,

Whenever I connect my Canon S110 up to the computer it doesn't show up as a local drive. However, the Zoombrowser detects the camera fine.

Does anyone know how to do this?

EDIT: I am using Windows 98SE and Yes, there is a CF card in the camera.

Windows 98 and 2000 don't have the capability to natively recognize a camera as a drive. Only the Olympus cameras can do that (that I know of), via their purpose-built drivers. It's a limitation of the old TWAIN drivers, and a reason that Windows XP and Me switched to the newer WIA drivers that do support devices popping up in My Computer.

If you want a drive, get a CF card reader. Even a cheap one will be pretty reliable and faster to download than the camera. A lot of people here do that (though not me).
