View Full Version : Can myA95 be damage if i point the lens to a bright red led?

Yesterday my little cousin pick up my a95 and turn it on... the lens came out, the lcd screen was off (because it was not swiveled) and he point for about 5 seconds the lens with a ultra bright red led... he never take a photo of it, is there a posibility that the camera might be damage?

Why do you ask about it at all? Have you noticed some changes?
-and NO a bright LED shouldnt cause damage !

Please don't post the same question in multiple forums. And, no, if it was a regular LED, it wouldn't damage anything. If he'd aimed it at a laser, you might have some problems, but then he'd probably have injured his eyes in the process.
