Yesterday my little cousin pick up my a95 and turn it on... the lens came out, the lcd screen was off (because it was not swiveled) and he point for about 5 seconds the lens with a ultra bright red led... he never take a photo of it, is there a posibility that the camera might be damage?

No. The sun might have enough power under the right conditions to damage a camera through an open lens. Not an LED light, not even if the shutter opened. Is that an oxymoron?- Anyway, the only problems you might have if using camera to shoot an LED light , will be keeping the right exposure!

Only if it was a tiny laser diode may cause some problems.Keep in mind that a laser have more light power than sunlight on incidental surface because its very thin diameter (a few micrometers).
Worse yet, being a rectilinear light, the laser will stay well focused from any distance,so its power will stay concentrated on few pixels.
