Rally Corona México 2008

Got back after a long ride from León to the capital, México DF, and catching a plane to Costa Rica yesterday, it sure was a non stop, non sleep week. But 100% worth it. First WRC i attend, and to be honest, played a bit safe with the photos, there are a lot of things i regret of not trying out but well..

I like #2 nice with the light in the dust and I like the camera angle.
#7 stands out, nice to see some experimenting and unusual angles.

Lovely shots there. I like 5 with the dust going right round the front tyres. I had to look at 7 twice - really cool shot. Reminds me of the F1 pit crew shots! Good stuff!

Nothing more than wallpaper.... Wouldn't need full res, just something respectable for 1600x1050 monitor.

These are wicked mate, well done! WRC is quality, I really want to do see them in action myself, last time (and only time) we went was 2004 (WRC GB). We were unprepared and it was really tightly marshalled so we were quite restricted, which was a shame. I'd like to do a snowy event, maybe Sweden or Finland :cool:

I'm not a fan of Seb, but that is a great shot. As is the Petter Solberg shot. I think it's embarrassing that Subaru made that abomination of the 2008 WRX for the Rally Team, and they're not even using it this season...

Actually they will be using it. They usually launch their new cars a few rallies in, usually @ mexico but i have heard either Finland or acropolis.
Also they need to test with new suspension they will be using from now on, on the new car.

And they designed the new WRX to be good @ WRC, to match the focus and C4. let's just hope it is.

It would be a real dream to work for an agency like that, go around the world shooting cars, actually i`ve thought on looking for a job on it or any other motorsport activity out of Costa Rica but well, ain`t that easy i guess. Thanks for the heads up!
