I just bought a Lowepro CompuTrekker Plus AW from the Marketplace, and now that I have loaded it up and walked around the house with it on, I have decided that it really is too big to be practical. So earlier today I went down to my local camera store and tried loading my gear into a normal CompuTrekker AW, and it fit perfectly, the only problem being that I do not need the laptop storage compartment. So my question is:

What backpack should I get to hold my gear?

I don't care what brand. It would be nice if it was less than 150 or so. I tried some other Lowepro backpacks at the store, but the packs that were smaller than the CompuTrekkers were not deep enough to hold my 1DII.

Any ideas?

Have you looked into the Think Tank products? http://www.thinktankphoto.com/ . I use to have the Computrekker Plus AW and after waiting 5 months due to back order finally got the AirPort Security fits all my camera gear. One thing about Think Tank is great customer service

I've looked into them. I like the straps on the Lowepros better. At this point, I may just have to go with the CompuTrekker AW :/
