Why is it that charlesu's name is a lighter shade of blue than everyone elses? Is it so that we can find his posts of the pretty ladies easier?

My guess is that you've checked his profile.

I also notice that marie's is lighter, among others.
I suspect a conspiracy.

it's a .css thing.
basically when you put your mouse pointer over a link it will change colour.
this is done with a bit of code like:
a <--general information such as font, size, colour etc of the link
a:active <--changes the colour of the link currently clicked
a:visited <--changes the colour of a link you have clicked in the past
a:hover <--changes the colour of a link you hold the mouse pointer
The reason some of the links look different is that the 'a' and the 'a:visited' are set as different colours.
If they were the same colour you wouldn't see any difference.

The only thing I'm convinced of right now is that it is unique to my computer. I have looked every time I log-in and it is always a different shade. I just thought it kind of funny though. Like charlesu has a different shade to attract lookers. No need. I'm looking!

I'm not that worried about it. This thread was started merely for humour.
