Malcolm Wilson Rally 2008

Hi,

I'm really enjoying all the high quality shots from everyone else who went to the Malcolm Wilson Rally at the weekend. The event was well worth the 250 miles of driving I did during the day as a spectator.

These were shot using a canon 400D in combination with the new 55-250mm IS lens and the kit lens. I'm still learning about both the shooting and the post processing so any constructive comments would be appreciated.

Some Nice shots there

#3-5 could of done with you giving the ground a skim to get rid of the grass as this is slightly distracting.

#8 can be a cracker if you play with it a bit possibly a quick fiddle with curves to take the slight white wash away would work well

All good shots the only thing I would say is when you find your corner do a bit of gardening before the cars come and get rid of the grass that will show in the frame

Thanks guys. I'll make sure I remember the gardening gloves next time.

I'll definitely revisit #8 and try improving the colours when I get a chance. Do you reckon I should crop the bottom a bit as well while I'm at it?
