Multiple Index Pages Possible?

Has anyone experimented with using different index pages (with different URL's)?

For example, if I want to use different descriptive info (exclusive) for different areas.

Would you have to run two versions of entire program in server, or could you just use different index pages for viewers to access only specific info and images. (e.g. classic cars )
