If you had to....which TFT would you choose? [Archive]

Ok,
while my 10D is off being recalibrated ( may be some weeks ) I'm looking
for a new monitor. My old mitsubishi diamondpro 710 has become blurry.

I've done a search here, but most people prefer CRTs. However after looking at some of my photos on a friends Sony Viao (x-black) I was totally blown away with the image quality.

Want to spend around £300 to £400 max ( $500-$700 )
Any recommendations?

I think you'll be pleased. People on newegg seem to absolutely LOVE it. And, I believe this is the same one that a guy on another board got and LOVED. Just make sure that your card can support DVI. Otherwise, it won't be as sharp as it could be.

EDIT: Also, if I'm not mistaken, it can be switched from Lanscape to Portrait mode (the screen physically swiveled) w/out much...if any issue at all.
