View Full Version : Is there a program that shows where your focal point was set?

I just had my camera calibrated for front focusing issues. I will do an official focus test, but wondered if there was a program that shows (when viewing on the computer) where your focal point was set? Would be extremely helpful if there was, to compare to where the focus fell.

Thanks

Really? I am embarrassed to say I have never noticed that before. I will check on my other computer to see. That is great! Thanks!

Bear in mind that it only shows if focus was actually active when you pressed the shutter. IOW, if you've moved AF to the "*" or are using the AF button instead of the shutter to turn on focus, you need to be holding that down when you press the release.

Breezebrowser Pro also highlights focus points....not sure if Jon's info is related....
