Details for my Photorecord post.

Here are the details of my problem, any help much appreciated :)
I got Photorecord with my printer back in Feb. There was a free update and
free artpacks on their website a couple months later, which I happily d/led.

My computer crashed, I had to reformat, and lost the update and artpacks.
They have now come out with Photorecord Gold which I would gladly buy, if it
had the artpack that I really need. Unfortunately, it doesn't and
Photorecord says they can't help me with getting the update and free files I have lost.
I have contacted Canon Canada, Canon USA and Photorecord via email. None
are able to help.
These are the files I am specifically in need of:

PR-GeneralFramesArtwork.exe
PhotoRecordUpdate_10152.exe

If someone is able to help, I'd be eternally grateful :)
