nice shots. i like them both, but i like the fangs in #2...great detail.

Brilliant shots. Those black things (fangs/palps? what exactly are they and what do they do lol), look exceptionally large on this one, why is that?

they are the fangs Linda, the male jumper's have big fangs(hope its ok Brain) here 1 of my male jumpers its shows the fangs nicely

The first time I saw one of these jumpers do this I thought it was begging for food :)
Linda- Courerman is correct. In most spiders the males have enlarged palps for signalling and also modified ends to the palps for sperm transfer (they do it by hand). In many jumping spiders the males don't seem to have enlarged palps but have enlarged fang holders (chelicera) instead. I assume they still use the palps for sperm transfer though. I assume this may be an immature male- as Courierman's pic shows the chelicera get very large in mature males so they almost look like tusks.
