Wow,

Okay so I am doing a shoot putting a ton of money into and, I've got to get one last thing going. The Model Release Form. I've got a huge Library here can any body ether direct me to some free forms a place that I can go look it up in a book? My shoot isn't till Monday.

Ive seen tons of links for release forms floating around here.
Someone should be able to link one for you or just use search.

If you Google "model release form" one of these should be more than adequate to meet your needs. If you have done this and these don't work for you, why not?
