I've seen this here before, I did a search and turned up zero/zip/nada/nothing. Where can I get a Canon Off-Camera Flash Cable longer than the 2 footer that Canon sells?

You can piggyback them end to end or try www.paramountcords.com . It is called the Off The Shoe Cord 2. Any other cable won't work in ETTL.
