Is there any kind of remote shutter release for the S5IS? I cant seem to find any info. Thanks

Nope, not factory ones anyway. You just have to use the two on ten second timer.

Indeed! Using the remote shooting feature in the canon software is a handy way to increase the capabilities of the S5. You can even do time lapse, just remember to buy a DC charging cord for it! Oh, and it helps to have a laptop! ;):rolleyes:
