This is going to have to be one of my favorites! Your choice of colour and PP is perfect :-) I love it!!
The scratchy background, composition and 'almost' sillhoette all put together makes a beautiful, eerie and artistic photo.

Thanks for your comments! The title of course is Sleepy Hollow - couldn't fix the type afterwards :(
Concerning the pp: I haven't done too much - i took one texture in overlay mode and the other with the scratches in hard light mode - so the scratches came out clearer. After that i tunes the colours of the textures a bit in LAB mode, so i got this green that i wanten. Then i applied a bit of dodge & burn using an overlay layer, to make the tree look more like a silhouette. That's basically it.
