North Bay is hosting a snowcross at the airport, and Saturday was the pits. A track that nobody enjoyed, a howling northeast wind, that kept most people hiding in their trailers, an overcast day and the fact the facility makes you feel a thousand miles from nowhere, it was a struggle to capture much that would thrill.
But my buddy "Big Air" Jeremy Van Dolder always seems to show flair, and I swear can sense were I am trackside. 15 year old Stephanie Simard has impressed all season, and rides a sled a heck of alot harder then an awful lot of guys ever have or will.
