I'm fairly new myself, so this is just a guess, but maybe adjust your white balance?

Just one other question, how to you get your photo with the camera on your profile.

LOL!! It's called taking a picture of yourself in the mirror and then mirroring it in PS. Cheesie...but it works.

About White Balance, I'm new myself. But, try adjusting the white balance in the RAW conversion to 4000 to 4500 and see what that does for ya.
