well i simply couldn't afford the 2.8 IS version and i don't need IS that much too buy the 4 ISL version instead so i opted with the 2.8L ...and imo if you want a lens only mainly for motor sports i don't think u need IS that much ( imo of course )

hmm, i think i am in agreement with you there sir! you seem to prove to me 100% that the 2.8L USM non IS lens is deffo the one to go for! you have done a good job for canon, i will be buying one of those lenses on the 30th march!

they should pay you commision haha!

well i would accept they're commission in a "Canon 300 3.8 IS L way" :p:lol: ... anyway i would be more than glad to help you if ya need something before or when you get your "baby" :D

Yes, we have a trophee in madeira with this cars, cheap and fun to drive... ;)
