Does anyone know where there is an online recipie book for Photoshop novices to learn how to do specific tasks, or how to generate some cool effects like the car photo in the share photos forum under "after a car wash"???? :mrgreen:

I like The Adobe Photoshop CS Book for Digital Photographers (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0735714118/qid=1099084147/sr=2-1/ref=pd_ka_b_2_1/104-4143161-4458359) by Scott Kelby.

Go to a bookstore, there are lots of books about Photoshop - look through them and see which one you like...

While I don't have/use PS CS, Scott Kelby is considered a guru in the field. Have his book for PSE, and it's excellent. So I think Jesper's recommendation is a good one.
