Well here's a bit of PP for ya. Hope you like it. I've seen one or two of these guys ;)

Man, I've absolute got to get photoshop. How did you like the shot, by the way?

I like it. I don't mind that it's centered because it fills the frame very well. Focus is right on.

The water looks quite calm, and reflection looks good. I would have liked to see a portrait orientation with the goose w/ reflection.

I wanted to try that, but the goose was so close to the edge of the pond, I couldn't get the full reflection in the shot, so I went with a landscape orientation.

I figured you had cut the shot right to the edge of the water. He's standing in pretty shallow water there.

Yeah. It was the first time I got a goose to cooperate long enough for me to pull off a decent shot with my 75-300mm.
