Okay so I couple weeks ago I posted a link to some cheap macro rings (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.2325) and they fiinally came in today!
These things are a hell of a lot more sturdy than I thought they would be. I was thinking I would have to be holding the lens the entire time. They're made of aluminum and are extremely light. Here are some pictures of the rings:

Here is my camera with the rings on and my 28-135 (sorry for the camera phone, only other camera I have :rolleyes::lol:):

Definitely worth the $10. Now I just need to buy a steadier hand or a tripod. Have fun!
