Cleaning up the park

Well is says photohournalism in here so I guess this is the right place. I had my first feature to shoot with my new gear this morning. I've only shot personal stuff and sports with it thus far. So I was pretty excited. Plus it was a very slow day for news so there's a good chance it might end up a front page centerpiece which I have yet to accomplish. I've gotten some teen page and page two centerpieces but never front page.

These were with 1D Mark II with a 16-35mm 2.8. I think ISO 250. C&C welcomed.

Thank you. I really enjoyed hanging out with them and shooting for an hour or so this morning. It was a lot of fun.
