What do you guys think of this tripod?
Looks half decent to me, although I have not actually seen one in person yet.
I need something more stable than my walmart special for my 10D

I have this tripod, we love it. Ours holds the 300D/28-135mm, a custome bracket jr and a 550ex no problems. Head is very smooth for an intigrated. Weight is light so it doesnt kill you to carry it or strap it to a backpack.

I have the Bogen Manfrotto 724B which is basically the same thing except it has a slightly different head. It also included a free bag. The description for the 728B doesn't mention anything like that.

It's a nice little tripod, and I love it. I don't know if I'd trust it with the 10D, though. They claim it can hold 7.7 pounds, so it would probably be fine. I use mine with my much lighter Olympus C-8080WZ when I'm out hiking.

I also have the 728B and am quite happy with it. Also, no problem with it handling a 10D plus flash.
