How bright is the orange of the car? Looks like it could use a little saturation boost.

The reflections on the car don't really do it for me, but at least they don't blend in with the sky. With a little more PP, I like it!

The reflections on the car don't really do it for me I agree, but they aren't as bad as many we see here, & the car looks pretty good otherwise. Maybe turn the wheels just a bit more.
The WB could be a bit warmer, & I'd crop out the sky. Keep in mind that our eyes are drawn to the brighter parts of the shot. And those bright areas tend to make the dark car look even darker. Take a look at POST #30 NEAR THE BOTTOM: The gray bar at the center is the same density all the way across.

Wow! The shot after a little pp work looks mutch betterl! You were right P.G.! I can't believe the differance cropping the sky out made to the shot. The added saturation, and levels Funky did made a noticable differance to it as well. Very cool.
Do any programs have the ability to alter WB during pp on a jpeg image? I know the software that came with my XTi will let you do it to a RAW image but what about jpegs.

I hear ACDSee can do the WB on a JPG file. In CS2 it might cause a lot of artifacts since the file needs to be "ripped" apart and then put back together again. Just shoot in RAW, it's easier for you.

Do any programs have the ability to alter WB during pp on a jpeg image? Photo$hop:
Image > Adjustments / Color Balance.
My personal favorite:
Layer > New Adjustment Layer / Color Balance.
