Canon A60 problem

I have this little a60, I havent used it for a while and recently lent it to a mate to make few shots.He returned it soon enough but now I cant remember if its supposed to sound this way.
For example .....when you turn on camera you hear the "zzz" sound while objective is getting into position and then you hear "krrkrr"while shutter opens, when you turn it off you hear "krrkrr" (this time lauder) first as shutter closes and then "zzz" sound a the mechanism withdraws the lens into the body of camera.
However these "krrkrr" sounds seem to be quite noisier than I remember, especially one when camera is shutting down.Quite more noticable than "zzz" sound.
Am I imagining this or its supposed to sound this way ?

I think that's hard to judge since it's relative to how it sounded before and memory is a funny thing. I wouldn't worry about it unless something more serious happens.
