WTB: canon kit lens

i just got a rebel t2 body from my aunt, but unfourtnantly she dosent have the lens any more, (i she came across it in her storage) regardless, im looking to get the 28-90mm lens that comes with the kit, but im also open to some other "starter type" lenses.

i really have a low budget, as im just looking for something to start practicing with.
