What's the best way to boost resolution & Size in PS?

I frequently get sent photos that are a bit to low res for printing.

What is the best way to boost resolution and still get decent IQ? I'm using PS CS2, but any recommendations would help.

Right now, I resize the image with the "Resample Image" set to Bicubic Sharper.

I'd love a bit of help here!

Setup an action to increase the image size by 10%, bicubic smoother.

Assign the action to a function key and hit away. Then do a high-pass sharpen at the end.

I think it's recommended to use Bicubic Smoother for upsizing, and Sharper for downsizing.
