Web Designer needed

I'm looking to update my website to something more flashy. Right now I do my own, but don't know how to do flash intros. My website is: www.photosbycynthia.net (http://www.photosbycynthia.net) . I'm looking for a flash intro page that will show a slideshow of images, possibly a whole revamp on my current website, if the price is right.
