I bought the s30 three days before my Vegas vacation. Pics from the vacation are at http://www.wojtek.net/gallery . Please check outthe pics and let me know what you think. I have a lot of work to do in getting this camera to do what I need for me. Anyone have suggestions on taking indoor pics. A lot of the pictures I took came out a little darker than I would have wanted them to. Is night mode the one to use or should I be using customer pictures more.

I quick scanned your work. I am not great travel record shots. So let me ask you... “How strong a sense of Las Vegas would you trying to convey in your set ? What did you want to say ? For today, I will consider these to be record shots.
If there was one thing that I would suggest to you, it would be to move in for the photographic kill. You see, almost all of your shots shrink your two beautiful lady friends down to small jewels set against a complex architectural crown. So I say…”... Move in – or crop -- for the kill ..”
As for Vegas itself, I would have expected more twilight shots of the glowing neon lights et al.
In contrast indoor shots may be restricted ! But I clearly remember the beautiful hostesses at Caesars’ Palace and their breezeway togas.
