sports flash

is the sunpak 383 good for sports i shoot snowboarding and mostly action sports. i also shoot animals and outdoors. the sunpak is def in my price range. but the rececle time is only 8.5 seconds.

Don't worry about it.

Could the 383 do it, sure it could. Many use it for basketball and the like. Is your intent to use it on camera?

Reason I'll ask is you'll generally want to have it off camera for lighting consitency.

I was thinking bout on camera but if I can have it wireless off camera then I'll
do that this is my first flash so dont know to much
