I don't know if it's an effect you applied but I'd like to see it without the washed out sides. To me it distracts from the terrific expression on the face.

And lazy? I get the impression from the pic that he's been swimming and is just tuckered out. At least that's how my German Shepherd looks after an afternoon of swimming. :D
