I'm recently trying to get into wildlife photography and this is a pretty early attempt, what do you think? [br]

Thats fantastic!

Great pose, nice composition. and a fine blurred backgorund to draw your eye to the subject :)

Makes me sick.

Today I sat in the woods waiting for a good squirrel shot for a big part of the afternoon.

All I achieved were dead legs and a wet arse.

Love the shot though :D :D

Superb! The narrow DOF focuses your eye on the face, and the blurred background and off-centre makes it very special

:D Thanks everyone. we'd been out for a while trying to get some good pics of these fellas, when we (me and Pete) were standing right next to a tree and the squirrel literally poked his head around the trunk and sat there staring at us. Luckily I had the camera ready set up in my hands, pointed it at him, fired off about 5 shots while he posed perfectly for me, before he scampered off. Result! Shots like this are more luck then anything.....hey but I'm still a great photographer! :P
