$ 273.95 + $25 dollar rebate at B&H. Obviously good.....but can I get it cheaper from another reputable seller?? Thanks :D

That's about as good as you'll find from the reputable outlets. Factor in the rebate and you've got a great price. I just wish I'd have bought my legs and head on the same receipt last week to qualify for the rebate.

That is a great price. I just paid $285 shipped from B&H last month. No rebate then! :(

I just bought this setup from my local camera store and had them try to price match and walked out the door 294.32, compared to B&H 273.95 + 13.00 s/h, I thought it was an o.k. deal.

I had to thread jack but...

This seems to be a highly recommended combination of head and legs. Will this setup work well for the 1DMKIII and my biggest lens is the 70-200IS f2.8? I have a few other friends that use the 488 head but they use the RC0 quick release plates.

A good combo IMO - the 190 is fairly lightweight but still sturdy enough for most camera/lenses. If you don't need to worry about the weight so much you might want to get the 055 as it's a bit taller and slightly more stable.
