new than i9900

Has anyone heard of canon coming out with a newer version than the i9900? I heard that they stopped making the i9900 and are coming out with a newer version?

can anyone confirm?

There have been rumors of a new printer, i doubt they would be replacing the i9900 already though as its less then a year old.

But who knows.

i9900 was released in March 2004 I think ,.. about two weeks after I bought the i9100! :roll: :x

Anyway.. the newer models coming out.. the "PIXMA" series seem to add bells and whisltes.. they do not seem to add anything in the way of printing capability/image quality.
